Easy Taco Salad

1 lb. Lasater Ground Beef
1 onion
1 can black beans
1Tbs. fajita seasoning

Dice onions and sauté in olive oil or bacon drippings.  Brown ground beef.  When beef is cooked through, add can of black beans (with liquid), and fajita seasoning.  Add salt, pepper, and red chili to taste.  Serve in taco shells or on a bed of local greens.  Use fresh salsa as a healthy alternative to dressing.  You can also add corn, black olives, and jalapenos to make your taco salad even hardier.  Serve at room temperature.
