Half Sampler -  Just reach into the freezer and conveniently pull out any one of the various cuts of 100% grassfed beef from the Half Sampler. 

Raised on pasture and nutrient-rich, feel good about serving your family organic, hormone-free beef that is lower in fat and heart healthy. 

18 lbs. of assorted cuts wrapped in white butcher paper, including roughly 6 lbs. of steaks, 6 lbs. of assorted roasts and other cuts, and 6 1-lb. packages of ground beef.

*Assorted steaks will include some (not all) of the following:  Ribeye, Top Sirloin, New York, Top Round, Sirloin Tip, Flank, Skirt, and Hanger
